My husband and I paid in full in 2001 for 2 policies, my husband died 2-2-2025 in Oregon and they did not pay, I've requested a refund per their instructions 2-19-2025, still nothing received and they won't include any interest on our original amount paid of $2,180. Pretty shady to me.

Both of my parents were cremated in Oakland 12 years apart and we had no problem. All went smoothly and they were great with information and quickly picked up their bodies. They made a difficult time go smoothly.

This place has my loved one’s body. They NEVER bother to call me about any delays. They’ve been faxing a request for the doctor to sign on his death certificate to the wrong place for over 21 days on day 21. They decided to call and that’s when they found out that they were using the wrong number. Do not use this place they do not treat your loved ones with dignity, nor respect, nor do they feel it necessary to keep the family in the loop.
