I needed a tankless water heater installed quickly, and Mr Rooter really came through. They were very good about setting schedules and keeping me updated about exact arrival times for the estimate as well as the installation. Work was done beautifully.
Great service with Aiden , company is a little on the expensive side but the price comes with the convenience, the quality, and the expertise that you would expect. Called several times, they always come out quick and explain and document accordingly and clean up after themselves.
When i made the appointment, it was noted to be 10a, then was told it was 8a-10a. Aidan showed up at 9a. He was very nice and courteous. I offered him a shoe cover and he has his own It didn't take him long to identified the toilet leak. The quotes were on the pricey side. We were not charged for the estimates so on that, I would recommend them.
