After meeting with Robert to talk about our concerns, we were supplied with a full survey of our floor levels and engineer recommendations. Robert drafted up a proposal and worked with us on creating a plan we felt comfortable with moving forward.

They replaced a deck, front porch, and reshingled a side of my house. From initial contact through design, drafting, permitting, and construction every member of the team was on time, friendly, efficient, and always responsive to my questions and needs. The final construction is absolutely beautiful and everything was cleaned up afterwards. A pleasure to deal with every one of the many who came to work on the project and they got it finished ahead of schedule! I can recommend Montclair Construction without reservation.
