Orlando worked in our Montclair house on two occasions doing a few different jobs. From the moment that he entered with his coworker our house and we were treated with respect and professionalism. The quality of his work was excellent. He worked in a timely manner and finished each job prior to leaving. He made certain the areas were prepped and kept clean during the work. Upon completion they cleaned each area throughly all the way to the front door to exit. I have worked with many folks through the years and Orlando's work by far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him without any reservations.

My mother Virgina C. hired Orlando to repair the front porch. He was attentive, respectful and did a very good job, the job was completed in a few days. My mom is very satisfied with a the completed work.

Water heater went out; I contacted Mr. Mendoza after a quick google search for handyman in my area. It was pretty late in the day and he was able to replace it same evening. (I was so stressed out since tenants didn’t have hot water.)
He is very trustworthy and skilled.
Highly recommend, I will be using his services again.
Honestly, Orlando was a godsend! Thank you so much again for your service my tenants and myself appreciate you!
