He's patient with our total ignorance of Quickbooks, is concise with responses to our bookkeeper, and just sailed us easily through an IRS audit that involved an arcane application of the tax credits for the Affordable Care Act. We'll even get a tiny refund, because he was a tad conservative in applying credit. Which is exactly what we want in a CPA.
