I always like the experience of Mama Meg's Massage. It is in a very busy part of Oakland. However, when you enter, it is totally peaceful and very quiet. It has a nice spa-like feel in it's own little oasis! This week I got a full body massage that I really needed!
I usually get a very specific massage only on my head, neck,and back. I get bad migraines so massage therapy is very helpful. I love the end of the massage when you get hot towels on your back and arms. It leaves you with a very relaxed feeling! I totally recommended Mama Meg's Massage!

Josh at Mama Meg's is wonderful. I've had two prenatal massages with him and each was incredible. He's very skilled at working through muscle tightness with firm pressure while still making it feel good and relaxing (not painful like some sports massage). I will absolutely be back and would highly recommend him to anyone.
