Everyone is very patient and helpful. The office is clean and very organized. They said to call before we come into the office just to limit the number of people walking in and out. Everyone is professional. My temperature was checked too. I definitely recommend anyone to come here.

Dr. Cai is very thorough. He checked my teeth multiply times. He went over details with me, what caused my tooth problems, what prevention I need take, and what treatment options I have. He offers treatment in patient's best interests.

Honestly best dentists I've had. They're efficient with the cleanings, never using too much force. I haven't had any unnecessary pain. They're great at communicating with you and telling you what they're currently doing. And they're always open to questions. Their check-in process for the pandemic: confirm appointment via text a few days before, call when you get to the office but don't enter yet, enter when they call you and tell you they're ready, you walk in and sanitize your hands and put on gloves that are provided, and then all the usual front desk forms and whatever your appointment needs.
