It took 23 calls, about half an hour to reach a live person starting at 7:10 AM in the morning. The answering message is in English and Spanish. It does not allow you to leave a message. Once you've reached the message, you must hang up and call again. The receptionist who picked up was a little rough at first, and got a lot more courteous near the end of the call. I was told twice that calls are accepted for the day's first come first serve appointments, and they start taking calls at 7:00 AM. Though online it says 6:45 AM, and the clinic opens at 5:30 AM. They only have 10 appointments available per day. So it would be pretty rare if impossible to get an appointment...read full review
