The complaint process for Kaiser Foundation Health plan, Inc., is a joke. I have filed several complaints regarding my care and treatment by employees of Kaiser and they are always submitted for review by the Chief of the department and action. Never once have I heard back what happen with the review or what actions were taken. When I filed another complaint trying to find out what happen with the first complaint I got stoned walled. The complaint process is very one sided and it doesn't favor the patient. If you are going to file a complaint seek the help of a lawyer.
