Phone screen died and found this Repair Squad on yelp. Raced over there right before closing as they were locking up. They opened up for me, looked at the phone and said they could fix it on the spot. Took ten minutes and I was so thrilled to have a working phone, new case and not have to buy a new phone! Quick and friendly service. Highly recommend!
Ramin was really great. He responded to my inquiry on yelp quickly, informing me he takes walk-ins at his store. I walked in without an appointment and he was able to replace the cracked screen on my iPhone in 15 minutes. My screen had cracked right where the camera is, preventing Face ID from working properly. Extremely happy that my phone looks brand new and Face ID works again. Ramin went the extra mile to throw in a screen protector and gave me a break on the price, which he didn't need to. Great customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND because it was easy, immediate, way more affordable than Apple, and Ramin was genuinely courteous and helpful.
