We have been using Infogate for many years. If we notify them of an IT issue they respond immediately and fix this problem shortly thereafter. Sometimes they come to the office to make the repair, other times they do it online--saving us time and money. We feel like we have a partner in Infogate and they treat us like we try to treat our most important customers.

I've used personal computers since 1983, but I'm not a tech expert. When we moved to a new house in 2005 I needed someone to set up our network, wireless, firewall, etc. A friend who works with a local real estate investment firm. recommended Info-Gate, who has been their company's IT consultants for years. Since then I've called on Info-Gate once or twice a year and they've always delivered. But on Mon Nov 8, Veteran's Day, they outshined all previous performances. Very impressed by this team. This is the second time Mark Rosen has helped me out by phone with a weekend emergency to get my system back up and running after a crash, always in a friendly and professional fashion. All techs who have traveled to visit us on-site have likewise been competent and professional. Five stars.
