Alex is thorough, caring and passionate about her work. Her space is calm, comfortable, inviting and professional. It was not hard for me to feel right at ease and enjoy self care and therapy. I highly recommend her!
Alex is probably one of the best massage therapists I've been fortunate to cross paths with. During my first massage, she was curious to know what I preferred and really spent time getting to know all the things going on in my body. She was present with me throughout the massage and had grounding energy. Throughout the massage she continued to check in with me to make sure everything felt alright, which I appreciated and she just has the most magical and intuitive touch. Alex has wonderful glowing radiant positive energy. The deep tissue massage I received from her was rejuvenating and accomplished much more against the knots and pain I had than I thought was possible in 60 minutes. She customized her technique to my requests and used an incredible mix of firmness and lightness. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend her studio.
