I recently ordered Sheila's lubricating styling foam from her website and had it mailed to me. Since I don't live in Oakland anymore it was the most convenient way to get the product that works the best for my curls! I'm loving my new haircut and how easy it is to maintain with the styling foam. Looking forward to my next appointment!
For the last 12 years, I have spent so much money trying to find the right stylist to cut my curly hair. Every place claimed to have the curly hair expertise, but I usually felt the cut was just so-so. That is the complete opposite of my experience at Head Designs. Sheila took the time to listen to my wants and looked over all the reference photos I brought. I went from chin length wimpy curls that loved to frizz at the hint of rain to the CUTEST pixie shag. During wedding planning I saw only a few East Bay salons even offering curly bridal packages and then they were all booked up -- I was STRESSED! But then I found Sheila. I scheduled a consultation so she could go over the inspiration photos I had and then get familiar with my hair to see what was possible. She opened up early for me on wedding day and did an amazing job on an updo that stayed put all night and then some. I even just went back for a haircut recently because she was so great and had much better prices than other curly salons around. Run don't walk to Shelia for your hair cuts and bridal styles!
