Horrible experience horrible person to do hair very rude! She had my hair falling out from putting a keratin treatment in and did not tell me that was going to happen.

This was truly the worst experience of my life with a hair stylist. I set up an appointment on-line to color my gray roots and get my hair styled. Upon being turned away from the mirror, the salon owner puts a perm in my hair. After realizing what had happen, I notified the stylist who looked up my information and confirmed the mistake. My hair was naturally curly, and I have never had a perm. She put some type of conditioner on my hair, and I ended up leaving the salon without getting my hair styled. Most of my hair have fallen out, and she fraudulently charged my credit card. This woman acts like she is on drugs. Beware!!!
