My grandparents both had their funeral services at Grant Miller and we are so so grateful for Lily and her team. During such a difficult time, Lily was not only professional, knowledgeable, and experienced; she was also kind, patient, and warm. Everyone was very patient with our family. They led us through every ritual step by step and even reminded us from time to time in case we forgot. They were also able to communicate in both English and Canto which made it a lot easier on our family. We were able to just grieve in peace as the funeral proceedings took place. Lily Wong was especially great as she was very well informed about Chinese traditions and a great help throughout this process!

My 99 year old uncle passed away and had a preneed contract set up with Grant Miller-John Cox Mortuary. I had no experience how to make funeral arrangements or what was involved. I phoned Grant Miller-John Cox to get started and was assigned family funeral director Lily Wong. Lily is not only very knowledgeable and experienced in funeral planning, but she is a compassionate and kindhearted person. Lily clearly explained the process and patiently reviewed all of my options and costs, one by one.
