Aaron is very knowledgeable of the interconnectedness of the body and helpful in working together to uncover potential sources of pain I was having. On multiple occasions, separate issues, he was able to help me relieve some pain I was having first in my neck and then in my upper back, through a meticulous process of body awareness scanning and troubleshooting movements. Aaron rocks! I am 50 mile/week runner and recently experienced acute pressure in one hamstring during speed work. Aaron quickly alleviated tightness in the front of my legs quad/fascia which almost completely eliminated the hamstring pressure. Thanks to Aaron I can resume training for my next race!
