We reached out to Eric for a quote and he was quick to respond and gave answers to all of my questions. In the end we choose to not use concrete for our driveway project, so we did not hire him and his team. I think they would have done a great job, we just went in a different direction.
We hired Eric and his team to pour concrete in our basement, and we are extremely happy with the job. We needed to have the dirt in our basement dug out of an area around the garage and in a back root cellar. Eric offered a bid that was reasonable and within our budget, and was very professional throughout the entire process. He carefully managed every detail of the week-long project and coordinated and supervised progress every day. This is a review for Eric, the owner of Diamond Concrete. Although I did not end up going with him - I have to say, he is incredibly helpful and seems to really want to make your experience as positive as possible. He is very thorough and asks great questions, makes great recommendations, and is super responsive. I don't know for sure, but I can see how he would be flexible around requests and changes, and also stand by his work. You might be wondering, then why didn't you go with him?
