The staff at the Dermatology Center are consistently attentive and professional -- from prompt front desk staff, to highly trained medical assistants and collaborative MD and NP physicians providing up-to-date and evidence-based care (I'm in the medical field and this is very important to me.) I've been under the care of Tarquin Alwattar, Nurse Practitioner, for the previous 8 months and appreciate the scope and depth of her expertise as well as her upbeat personality and caring nature. I highly recommend this practice!
This is my go-to place for skincare! I've been a patient for years. I see NP Tarquin Alwattar for all of my skincare needs. She always provides great information and thoroughly answers all of my questions. The office is very easy to access, pleasant atmosphere, and a very friendly staff. Definitely would recommend coming here!
I came into the Dermatology Center of the East Bay wanting to reduce the redness in my face and decrease the amount of visible sun damage. Tarquin and Georgia both helped me figure out my best options, suggesting to get Excel V Laser treatment. It totally helped! I went in for a total of 4 treatments over the course of about 6 months and my face is way less red than it ever has been in the past, and I love it! They were both super helpful and treatment was essentially painless. I also plan to go in the future to take care of some annoying enlarged oil glands; I honestly can't wait because they bother me so much!
