There has been improvements going on there and a new team has entered the block for the latest style and fashion.

Whoever owns this place did some illegal dumping in front of our shop. We are a small business in Oakland. It is obvious because they're Banner ended up amongst the garbage that was left. So disrespectful! If they had any class they would not have done this.I'm inclined to take it and dump it on their doorstep. This is no way to treat another local business.

Celeste gave me an excellent haircut. She is engaging, efficient, and super nice. I will definitely be coming back!
