I've lived in Oakland 10 years and I've had a hard time finding a good stylist my fault for going to the least expensive places and barber shops. those other folks were OK, but they didn't blow me away like Charlotte at Cuts n Stuff has. Charlotte and her stylist were warm and welcoming from the moment I stepped in. I had a few photos to show Charlotte what I wanted. She kindly informed me we don't call it "shag" anymore, it's a sophisticated "long layered look" now. Charlotte knew exactly what to do and expertly freed me from about a pound of long straight, unimaginative ponytail hair. She also had some recommendations for making my grays pop in a prettier way. Professional, well maintained salon. Stylists are old school but are up on the latest trends in hair styling and are focused on maintaining healthy hair. I've never been happier with the condition of my hair and the warm environment that Cheryl and Charlotte have created
