I was connected with Joseph Fernandez in the spring of 2023. We were dealing with flooding that occured on March 23, 2023 from a broken water line in our house. We had to move out of the house and due to delays with insurance and our lendor in releasing funds, we just moved back in on February 1, 2024. It has been a long difficult process and without Joseph's patient advice and council I don't know how we could have survived.
