Meg was great; communicative, polite, professional, punctual, and skilled. She clearly knows her stuff and went over expectations, the procedure for the day, and aftercare, and made sure I had no confusion or questions. She was happy to offer opinions on my lash enhancement when I wasn't sure what to pick, but also deferred to my preferences once I made a decision. She explained everything as she was doing it, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The tattoo itself was painless and the results look great so far. I'm very happy.
I got my brows nano-bladed by Megan and I couldn't be happier with the results. Not only that, but her professional and friendly conduct made the entire process so enjoyable. She is truly the best in the permanent makeup business!
Had an incredible experience at Brow Basics by Meg! I have wanted to try microblading or nano brows for years, and I am so glad I waited so that Meg could do my nano brows. Patchy eyebrows run in my family, and I've drawn mine on since middle school. I've never felt confident in my appearance until now! Meg is awesome and does everything to make sure you're comfortable!
Editing to add -- my brows didn't heal exactly as I had expected, and Meg made time for me right away to correct them with no extra charge. They look perfect now. Amazing customer service and positive experience all around -- I even came back for a lash lift shortly... read full review
