Ari and his tech professionals at Bay Area Tech Hero were fantastic. They were timely at every step of the way, communicating clearly and easily. We got fast internet to all the out of reach places we needed, and it was all quite quick and painless! I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family and will turn to them in the future. I can’t recommend Bay Area Tech Hero enough. From the moment we connected, it was clear they take pride in professionalism and cleanliness—everything was immaculate! The team is incredibly knowledgeable; they listened to my concerns and provided clear, understandable solutions without any upselling or technical jargon overload.
Not only did they upgrade our Wifi efficiently, but they did it 2 days! We have a 10,000 sq foot building. Incredible work.
