They are way understaffed, & it has taken over a month to get my Brother's ashes....still don't have them!! I constantly have to call them to get updates! Had to push out the date to when we can spread his ashes. Hope I get them in time this time! Not a good experience at all!!! Would definitely choose a different company to handle your loved one!!!
