They originally quoted me $1,200 for new foundation drill hole inspection and then charged me over $1,400. When I spoke with them about it they blamed my contractor for underestimating the time involved. Then, when I tried to pay by credit card the first person told me the machine for processing payment was broken, I waited a week to see if they got a new one and now they say they only take checks or wire transfers (on Yelp here it says they accept credit cards) C'mon guys! Get your act together.
