I stumbled on to this nail salon when I was walking around downtown. Ni was phenomenal! She took her time with my nails, shaped them well and was very professional. Everyone was very nice in the shop. I will be back.

Been going here for 10+ yrs.Am on my 3rd tech...other 2 left.
Current tech is 'the BOMB'
My nails are ALWAYS pur-r-rfect & I always get complements on them.
Everyone is always friendly & welcoming. I recommend to everyone who asks.

I miss this place dearly. I went to Ann & Amy Nails every 2 weeks for 4 years. These women are superb. Not only are they skilled, but they are so kind, hilarious, and warm. The business has been a part of Oakland for almost 2 decades and the Oakland community clearly loves all of the employees. You always see people popping in just to say hello. I have sadly moved from the Bay and I am desperately searching for a place with even half as much charm, but I haven’t found it yet.
