I have been seeing Akasha as a massage therapist for a few months now and it has been wonderful. I have a fair amount of aches and pains all over my body (knee, ankle, and back problems), and I always leave Akasha's massage sessions feeling some relief. I leave in a better mental place as well, as our conversations are always calming and healing. The space is warm and welcoming with a comfortable temperature. The office is convenient to get to (close to the freeway) but without any noise from the outside. I also enjoy the playlists that Akasha puts on during the sessions - they're the right vibe to relax my body and mind. The setting is perfect for helping me get comfortable...read full review

As a PT, I can be picky about who I receive work from. Akasha’s touch is highly attuned and rhythmic; it was not a rough experience as Ive had with other Rolfer/SI people. Several times on the table I had the feeling I was a piece of clay being kneaded back into symmetry by a master sculptor.

I have been seeing Akasha for TMJ and neck issues for a couple of months now. I had been having chronic tension and pain for almost a year and was not having much success with prior massage and PT. I got almost immediate relief after one visit and things have gotten progressively better. She is very skilled at what she does and a good listener. I had a lot of emotional tension in my jaw and neck that her techniques have helped release and that has made a big difference. I am very happy I found someone as experienced and understanding as Akasha. I highly recommend her!
