Great service all around! From the ladies in the office to the fellas doing the septic work. Everyone was friendly , polite and professional. They arrived when they said they would and the bid and timeline were spot on. They were as busy as bees ? got the job done and didn’t leave a mess behind.

Bio-tech came to our rescue during a mid-winter storm septic emergency. Within a day, the team had diagnosed the issue (catastrophic failure of a ridiculously under-specced sump chamber) and had the back-hoe digging and replacing with a state of the art replacement that will likely out live all of us! (Did I mention this was all done in pouring rain during a winter storm!) Not only that, but they made sure that we had a temporary solution in place while the work was in progress so that we could continue to flush! Thanks so much to the Bio-tech team!
