Brandon was so polite and personable and explained every single thing to us so we could understand. I feel he genuinely cared about us and wanted to do his best to solve our problems. Brandon was quick and efficient and was not in a hurry to leave and continued asking if we had any other electrical issues. I am so glad there are still hard workers out there like Brandon.
