We had the flooring and carpet replaced for 12,800 dollars in May of last year. There is a problem with the flooring in the kitchen. One piece looks like it was not snapped correctly. Now there is a 1/4inch gap in the flooring. I've been to the store four times starting Dec 27th. I was told it would be corrected the following week. No show no call. My last visit was Feb 15th I spoke to the owner and his wife. And was told they would be out Tuesday or Wednesday. Againno show and no call.

Walked in looking for a company that can help me with an on going project. The receptionist took all the information from me, asked me to send her pictures and promised the specialist will call me for more details. 3 weeks later and not even a courtesy call saying they are busy or can't help or anything. Very disappointed that they couldn't follow up or make any effort to contact me back. Seems like typical behavior for contractors in this area

This family-owned business provides personal service at the highest level. My dad needed to replace a blind and everyone we worked with was responsive, professional and friendly. This is the go-to place for flooring, window covering, etc. in our community. We highly recommend this business!
