Steve has helped my family twice now. Once about a year ago when I had several companies trying to sell me an entire new system. Steve came out and all I needed was a new capacitor. He was honest with me and fixed my problem fast at a reasonable price.
He just recently finished a job at my mom’s house where she needed a new compressor and a few other things done. Instead of trying to upsell an entire new system, he came out and gave us all of our options and explained exactly what would need to be done and got it done quickly and thoroughly. Our AC stopped running during one of the hottest weeks this summer. We called another AC service company, but they couldn’t come for five days. Two days later we were given the number for Jones Heat And Air. We called Jones, and Steve came out the same day to see if he could get us running. Turns out our unit had died. Steve ordered us a new unit and it was completely installed and running by Friday. Professional service. We were given options. We highly recommend Jones Heating and Air. We are very happy to be cool again.

Steve came out to the house on Saturday within the time window he gave. He had the issue with my AC diagnosed within 10 min and fixed within about the same amount of time. Jones Heat and Air came highly recommended by a friend that had received an estimate for an entire system replacement from another company. Jones Heat and Air told him he didn't need a new system yet and repaired his existing unit. Two years later, his system is still working perfectly. Honest, quick, knowledgeable and reasonably priced, what more can you ask for in a contractor? I highly recommend using Jones Heat and Air.
