I had to cancel my subscription due to lack of work. My renewal was due on the 5th of the month. They emailed me that it would be cancelled on that date. It took 2 days for my client to transfer the files from my account to theirs. My account is now empty. So on the 7th they sent me a bill for the entire next month. I found out they also charged my card for the entire next month. So they were trying to charge me twice for the entire next month. Even if I get a refund, it seems like they don't know what they are doing. I will not be doing business with them again, I hope to be able to sell the equipment. Totally unprofessional.

We went ahead and requested information on their products and services, everything went well from the moment they arrived they are professional and they have that knowledge of camera angles and light something that you must understand and other do not, the quality is outstanding and the timing is perfect, I highly recommend using them we used them for over 27k SQFT A TOTAL OF 2 plazas 5 commercial units and 1 SFR and I recommend getting their 3D tour game changerThank you Shiva for your support

Eman is such a pro! We needed someone to come do a Matterport measure of a home for us and we were only able to give him 24 hours notice. He didn’t give us any problems about the short notice and showed up on time and did a fantastic job. I also really appreciated his clear and quick communication throughout the process. I was so impressed with the results I received from Matterport 360 Virtual Tour. The 3D Tour highlights the beauty of this listing showcasing the entire property. I was most particularly impressed with the Dollhouse feature that gives a Birdseye view of the entire home allowing the user to zero in on every nook and cranny. The tour greatly enhances the gorgeous photos inside and out. It was a great value and well worth the price. Highly recommend Matterport 360.
