Natalie is very sweet with our 10 year old mini schnauzer-poodle mix and gives him a good cut and grooming. I see someone left a one star review, but they reference a different groomer that works for the other grooming company that shares space in this location, so just be aware that they are different groomers. Trimmers and Paws is only Natalie.

I have recently moved away but I wanted to give my appreciation for Natalie from afar. Prince, my apricot miniature poodle, would always get SO many compliments about how dapper he looked after he came back from her. And she is so lovely to interact with AND reasonably priced. If you are looking for someone who does a great job and is sweet, friendly, and kind, I recommend Natalie highly!

Natalie is fantastic. We've been to many groomers in Marin and they haven't been satisfactory. One somehow left cuts all over my dog's neck, one butchered his hair, one tried to grab his paws without warming up to him and he nipped her so she refused to groom him, one didn't even clean his eye boogers, etc.I warned Natalie that my dog is anxious, testy and hates his paws touched and probably hates the groomer due to all of the negative experiences he has had and Natalie was chill - ok no problem, she said.
