We’ve been working with Don and his team at Spa Mania for years, and they are truly wonderful! Kind, gracious, and always going above and beyond—treating us like family. Don even came all the way to Lafayette for a small fix to our tub, which speaks to their dedication. Can’t recommend them enough! (He even helped me with an issue with my car—talk about amazing service!)

I'm writing to share our wonderful experience working with Don and his team @SpaMania.
Upon discovering the existing spa in a new home would require an exorbitant amount of money to replace, we looked into repair options. Don came out to our site, evaluated the equipment without charge, then made a very fair & reasonable proposal which we only paid for once the job was fully completed.
Rather than having the controls located in the original HotSpring design [outside of the Spa], Don has crafted an updated 2025 digital display installed within your reach. He communicated with us frequently and completed the job on time.... read full review

My 2015 hot tub had started leaking. I did all the home remedies with no luck and had just about resigned myself to replacing it. Then my wife found Donn and Spa Mania on line, so I drove over to visit him. A few weeks later (in early Nov), my hot tub -- after living on blocks at his shop for a while -- was back in place, good as new. It's now early March and still no leaks. It wasn't cheap, but was a great value -- way cheaper than buying a new tub. Would do it again in a second. The guy knows what he's doing.
