Busted pipe between the meter at the street and the house. Tons of water spewing across the driveway. My usual plumbing contact couldn't get to us right away but Mr. Rooter had people ready to dispatch. They found the leak and patched the line the same day.

The Mr. Rooter coordinator, Nikki, was responsive and on the ball. The plumber, Jason, was extremely pleasant, informative, clean and got the job done efficiently. Very pleased with the service.
