Two bids came in so high I couldn't take them seriously, and they couldn't start for a few days to two weeks. Juan's bid came in at a very fair number and he literally had two guys start the work that same afternoon. Two days later it's completely done, and done well. I've rarely been so happy to pay a contractor. I will absolutely use Juan again for future jobs on/in our property.“
