Great experience with James at Hall Brothers Termites in Mill Valley. Our contractor found subterranean termites when he opened a wall. James came out immediately to solve the localized problem so our contractor could close up the wall and keep our project moving forward. James and team came out the next week to treat the whole exterior of the house (with a 5 year guarantee.) James was great to work with - very communicative. We highly recommend.

Great experience with James Hall of Hall Bros Termite Control. He was knowledgeable about termites and building practices, came up with a solution that worked for our tricky property set-up, and went above and beyond when the job turned out to be bigger than he had originally scoped (without charging us more or leaving it half done). He even fixed a wobbly faucet that two plumbers couldn't and taught us why it was wobbly. James Hall epitomizes American small business values. Highly recommend calling him first, not the big name pest control companies -- they aren't the type of expert James is and will bill you for life, even if you try to cancel.
