During the heat wave I needed my attic fan repaired it was the week of 4th of July I called Ed Wise and he treated me as if I was family...caring to the point that somehow he managed to send his brother to the rescue the next day! I'm so

I called about 4 electricians in Novato, no one answered and the soonest anyone said they could come out would be about 2-3 weeks. I called Ed Wise electric, he asked me what was going on and then explained that my breaker switch was most likely the culprit and that it just needed to be reset. He actually walked me through the process (super easy) over the phone and did not charge me a dime. WOW! Talk about excellent service and help. The person I spoke with (could have been Ed) seemed to genuinely want to help and told me that what my issue was was easy to fix and that I could do it myself, no need for him to come out and charge me. Ed was so helpful and friendly. I called today because the power went out in the kitchen on this cold and rainy Saturday. He knew just by my explanation what the problem was and walked us through how to get up and running again without having to do a service call. He is a true professional with integrity, hard to find these days.
