Mike was punctual and professional. The work (re-keying two doors) was done quickly and quietly as I was on a call. All in job done in 15 minutes. Fair price charged. I see no reason to call anyone else in Marin.

I have used Econolock almost as long as it's been in business. Mike's response time to my calls is always rapid and his service is always courteous and professional. He's quickly resolved numerous different lock-out scenarios at my home - the car door, garage door, front door, and re-keyed locks when the original key got into the wrong hands. I've got no reason to call any other locksmith. Thanks for years of excellent service, Mike!

I have worked with Mike on several occasions and he always exceeds expectations. Most recently, he came out the same day I called him to fix my front door lock. The next day, I discovered a new issue with the front door handle (unrelated to the work that had been done by Mike; it's just an old door) and called him. He came out right away, fixed it and didn't charge me a thing. He's efficient, incredibly knowledgable, explains everything he's doing, offers various options based on different price points, and is also just a really kind, decent human being.
