Keith, the owner of Bragg Home Services, came to our home to provide an estimate on replacing our gas heater. He was professional and knowledgeable and provided pros and cons of different systems to consider. Keith answered all of my questions as well as giving me detailed explanations to help me better understand the choices. I don't like hard sells, and I never felt any pressure from Keith. He assured me he wanted to provide me with facts that would help me to make a decision that would be best for us. I would recommend others consider contacting Bragg Home Services for an estimate if you are considering a new heater/AC system.
