Excellent customer service! From my initial after-hours call picked up by a REAL person to the prompt callback the next morning to the problem resolved by John (who really knows his business.) Old school customer service. This customer really appreciates it.
I had the annual HVAC inspection and maintenance done by a competitor of Aaero, and was hoping to get an estimate for less than $500. Imagine my shock to get an estimate of $32 THOUSAND!! And hard sell, hard sell, hard sell. I "need" new ductwork, new insulation (some old rat droppings), new AC unit, new everything, and this schmuck didn't even change the air filter. The more I insisted I needed to talk to my CPA first, the more the price came down, and the more I was pressured, but he finally left. A friend I was moaning to later said to call Aaero for a second opinion. They came, they saw, they conquered! Their insp'n/maint. charge was all of $545, incl. a new filter. Ductwork, insulation, AC unit: all good, no issues. My friend did me a solid by referring me to Aaero. They've got a loyal new customer for life.
Our AC unit went out on a 113 degree holiday and Aaero was here the next day to diagnose the problem and fix it within 20 minutes. You can't ask for better service and response time. We are extremely happy with the friendliness of the staff and the expert service we received today. We are also thrilled to have AC on another 105+ day!
