Got a new air and heater put in my home in June 2019. Very reasonable and the best of the best air company Velavi Heating and Coolingunit put it in. Working like a champ since day one. wound definitely recommend this company. Today I have recommended this company to my son.
Daniel and Jordan came by and found out my problem and provided me with really good information about how to proceed and what service to do to fix the problem. They found out my kitchen sink was connected to the AC unit and causing the horrible smell in the home. They diagnosed this and offered a solution for the plumber to do it properly and let me know they can do a deep clean for the AC system. They were also very friendly and knowledgeable. Bruce is my agent for this company and he is delightful. He has a great attitude and is very courteous. I’ve got a great brand for an awesome price. The company is also very flexible for their scheduling, I was able to get my new furnace installed the very next day. I am VERY willing to recommend this company to others and will definitely use their products again.
