As my first time here you expect a good experience. I got here at 12:50 and got out at 3:00pm. I didn’t left because I had been waiting for too long and drove 30 minutes to get here. It turned out that the staff had skipped me a while ago, they saw me sitting there waiting and nobody cared and bother to ask until I went to check the clipboard of signing in paper and there were like 5 kids already ahead of us. It was a terrible experience, I gave it 3 starts because the hair stylist that cut my daughter’s hair was nice and my daughter liked her new fresh haircut. I’m living this review so the staff is more careful and mindful of people’s time. That’s not cool.
Went in for my baby first hair cut at 10 months. We went on Friday it was busy as any Friday hair salon. We got seen pretty quickly. Jessica did amazing at cutting my little ones hair. She has a lot of patience and understanding how to cut a baby's hair. We did first hair cut certificate it was so nice to have piece of hair and photo for memory
We have been going to Pelitos since my son was 1 and now he is 5. The place is perfect for kids and the staff really knows how to get kids to feel comfortable in the power wheels cars for their cuts. Vero has always cut my sons hair and has been great. She knows his style already, and treats him like family plus my son is always excited to get his cut every 2 weeks with Vero. She makes sure if he wants to watch TV during his cut to ask him what he is in the mood to watch that day.
