I am very impressed with Lamecca at the Norwalk Costco optometrist site. She has taken care of me and my daughter many times. She is very polite, professional and super fast with the customer service and calling our number out rapidly. She is always paying attention and I always feel very well taken care of by her excellent customer service and smile. She is super friendly, helpful and always had the info immediately that we needed for out orders. We really appreciate Lamecca, thank you for making us feel important.

Just wanted to to share my experience at Costco Optometry in Norwalk. Went in for an eye exam and new prescription. I was seen right away. Everything went smooth. Staff was courteous and friendly. When it was time to choose my frame, I approached Lamecca and she was eager to help choose the right lens for me. She just striked me as a Woman with good taste and felt comfortable and she was very knowledgeable as to which frame would suit me best. We had settled on a particular frame, but as we were proceeding with the paperwork, she stopped and wanted to find me a different pair and oh boy, I'm so happy she did. They were even better than the one's I had previously chosen and decided on those! I was so happy. Not to mention, my current pair of glasses, I was always adjusting them because they didn't sit right on my face. I couldn't stand it! Major pet peeve. She immediately noticed that they needed adjustment! OMG... day and night difference! Now, I can wear them without fiddling with them. Bottom line. She made my day! Thank you!

The best prices on glasses. This is a place to go to get frames, progressive, blue light, transition tinted glasses at the lowest price. Plus you'll get them within a week. You will save at least $250 going here rather than an eyeglass doctor. I thought I would save with Kaiser insurance. The glasses at Kaiser were $590 versus $220 for the same exact thing at Costco.
