My father in law went all over Norwalk and end up here for Urgent care. The Doctor was very kind and he is very grateful as the receptionist understood his emergency and kindly helped him to get care.Thank you Clinica Medica del Carmen!

Never thought this place would be the worst place to visit well not worst but it’s ok front worker ok mama just feel like he don’t get paid enough for his job position but hey you don’t like build up your career and go for bigger environments of the place looks ok thoe reminds me of the 90. smell of the environment reminds me of my grandma home but overall it’s a decent place reason gave two stars because front worker was nice thoe haven’t met any doctors yet due to the covid test not arriving on time as expected but front workers should get a raise man treated me with respect and you hardly see that in this world props to him for doing that

I can’t say the doctors are good or not but my wife was sick so I brought her here and as we were in the waiting room doctor kicks me and my kids out and tells Me why I’m in the room with my wife. I have never been at a doctors office that they kick you out for no reason for being in the room.witch I completely understand that this is her private practice but really the bad attitude ended me wanting to bring my wife to this place again
