I was impressed with several aspects of my experience at Valley Urgent Care. The facility itself was very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The staff members I interacted with were polite, efficient, and seemed knowledgeable about their roles. The overall process was surprisingly fast, which I greatly appreciated. However, there was one aspect of the visit that concerned me. During my examination, the physician did not check my lungs. This omission was notable given my low oxygen saturation levels. While I appreciate the efficiency of the visit, a thorough examination is always crucial for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

The scheduling and checking-in were easy; however, the waiting time was a bit long, considering there were only two patients. The staff was friendly, and I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained all their medical equipment. The nurse practitioner who saw me was professional and efficient. He prescribed me the right antibiotic for my sinus infection. My biggest disappointment is their online medical chart and patient portal called solvhealth.com. There is no pertinent information regarding my visit except the date and diagnosis; that's all. Very helpful staff, professional, times can be a little slow but compared to other urgent care they are extremely quick. Great non-insurance/ out-of-pocket prices too compared to other urgent care places. Nancy was extremely helpful too and helped me in avoiding missing my 72 hour TB test limit. Nancy, I wanted to buy you a Starbucks gift card but with what's going on in politics, wasn't sure. You got my email if you'd like a gift card or lunch!
