I can’t believe that after such a long time, I finally found a great place for my 3-year-old daughter.Everything there was amazing. Dr. Francis was incredibly kind and caring, and you have no idea how much better my daughter felt after seeing him.

Elizabeth, who checked her height and weight, was not only very professional but also so sweet and welcoming. Isabel and Susana were also extremely kind and professional.

Unfortunately, they told me the place is shutting down, and that news was really heartbreaking for me. I had just started wanting to recommend this place to others.I truly hope management changes their decision, because it’s very rare to find such a caring and professional team.

I had a terrible experience here and would not recommend this ER, especially for families with special needs children.

I arrived on a Friday at 3pm with my daughter, who is profoundly autistic. I explained to the staff that because of her disability, waiting for long periods in a crowded and loud environment is extremely difficult for her. I politely asked if there was any way she could be triaged sooner due to her condition. They told me they could not do that.

I then asked if there was at least a quieter place where we could wait, since the packed waiting room was overwhelming for her sensory issues. I was told there was no space available.

I was honestly shocked that a hospital had no accommodations at all for profoundly disabled patients with sensory sensitivities.

We waited for five hours with absolutely no end in sight.
During that time my daughter became extremely agitated and began engaging in self-injurious behavior. I went back to the desk and explained that she was escalating and hurting herself and asked again if there was any way she could be seen sooner. The staff simply shrugged and said there was nothing they could do.

Eventually we had to leave without being seen, because my daughter literally could not tolerate the environment any longer. Her distress had become overwhelming and disruptive to everyone in the waiting room.

I’ve been to several ERs in the Valley and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had. In the future I will be driving to Valley Presbyterian Hospital instead.

Hospitals should have basic accommodations and compassion for profoundly disabled patients, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here.

Got in quickly compared to the ER.
Facility was clean and the Doctor was attentive and compassionate. Unfortunately I have to go to the ER because thier x ray tech was no in. So off to the ER I go.!

Don’t waste your time. I came a few minutes before closing and they were so rude about telling me their last patient is seen at 7:40pm. I walked in at 7:45pm. Now I came on a Monday and didn’t see that prior to showing up because what urgent care is closed on a Monday. It’s also SO difficult to get an appointment with a Dignity Health doctor through a HMO plan. I called in February and most doctors don’t have availability until early May. Go elsewhere.

I was seen by a great doctor who looked at my eye. I may have gotten an eyelash in there and she took care of the problem. I was seen quickly after arriving at 11 AM. I highly recommend Northridge Hospital’s urgent care office.

Worst experience and worst and rude behavior of front desk girl and very unprofessional and Dr.Shaw Manessa DO she is not even MD. Instead of being professional she is telling me about her husband. Please don't waste your time. Keep your family safe .

The workers are very rude. The wait is absolutely ridiculous just for them to basically say they don’t know what’s wrong. I had a specific issue with one nurse by the name of Hannah she put my iv in wrong and told me she could not remove it even after other nurses ask her to at least adjust it. She left me sitting in the waiting room with my iv fluid bag empty and I had to ask her multiple times to disconnect me from it. I also wanted to be discharged after being there for 8 hours with nothing being said on my condition and they refused to let me leave. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in healthcare I would never come back.
