We ordered an exterior door and it literally cracked wide open (can see light through it) ONE WEEK later and they are refusing to honor warranty saying this is normal. I don't know how this place is still in business. I'm not talking a gap in the joint. The actual wood door split down the middle. We showed pictures and videos and 3 weeks later they finally get back to us and say it's normal and not their problem. Stay far away from this rip off. Apparently their quality is so bad, they acknowledge that lasting only one week is normal. we are now out thousands of dollars for a door that lasted a week and they don't care.

I usually don't take the time to post reviews but Rebecca has been such an amazing help with my latest orders, she is very curious , informative, follows up in timely manner and pleasant to talk to!!! I am in the Home Improvement Industry & deal with many suppliers, but Rebecca stands out with her superb customer service!! I highly recommend asking for Rebecca for any of your needs at the Northridge location!!

If you're looking for doors then this is the largest store with doors in stock in the Los Angeles area. They don't have people walking the floor asking to help you. However, ideally, this is a place you go if you want to see your options or pick out and then walk out with your selection. They have very limited 30" doors and an abundance of 36" doors. Go here to rub your hands on doors.
