Been going to this ulta for years. The workers are nice. Testers are usually kind of always broken or messy but I think that goes for all testers in any store. Most specifically I like one of the ladies that works the perfume department. She has convinced me multiple to buy perfumes I honestly didn't need but I love them.

I have been going to Ulta for many years! I just had my BEST experience in any of the Ulta or Sophora stores here at Northridge on Tampa with Sofia and it was her first day at this store! I needed mascara after 3 years of getting fake lashes so I was almost a newbie Sofia took the time to tell me about her favorite mascaras, sample mascaras, her friends favorites and non transfer mascaras. She also mentioned the return policy that has never been explained. In the Porter Ranch Ulta and the northridge Sophora I was ignored by several people who worked there because I am older.
