I've been working with Tristar for over 4 years. Both Nayeli and Lupe have taken care of every aspect when it comes to my flooring needs. From sending someone to measure, giving me a bid and even giving me the measurements so that I can rest assured that the estimate is accurate. They go above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied, and as a property manager, this enables me to focus on much more important things.
I needed new luxury carpet installed in my townhouse. I am very happy with this whole experience. From ordering the carpet of my choice to having it delivered and installed, this company beats the other flooring companies I have used in the past. If you are interested in having new floors or carpet installed you must see Saul. His team sure know what they are doing. Also his customer service representative Nayeli was the sweetest. So respectful and informative. She made sure every single of my requests were addressed. I look forward to working with you again for my window coverings and new counter tops.
I usually don't review companies or anything for that matter but the services I received from Tristar Floor & Window Coverings was by far the best. My wife is so happy with our new shutter blinds and roller shades. And not to mention our new flooring which turned out incredible. Saul was very informative and knew exactly what we wanted.
